The offered price depends on the Message type and the total messaging traffic you will process on a monthly basis. Also, using the WhatsApp service along with the Taqnyat platform and live chat, may affect your price.

The user-initiated conversation cost is 0.073 SAR while business-initiated messages cost is 0.121 SAR

the client selects his pricing plan, but they may change this as often as they wish. The new plan selection will be activated at the start of the next month’s billing cycle.

when the customer sends you a message with any question or Inquiry, you will not be charged for this unless you reply to his message, since the conversation is active yet. your reply will trigger a new user-initiated conversation and will be billed for this once your response is delivered. Thereafter you will have 24 hours to send additional messages to this customer without incurring additional costs.

Free Entry Points Conversations

Conversations will not be charged when users message businesses using call-to-actions buttons on Ads that click to WhatsApp or a Facebook Page CTA. Free entry-point conversations can only be user-initiated. Only the first conversation that starts from the entry point is free of charge. Subsequent conversations with the user are charged.
