1. Access Taqnyat Portal
To manage a template using the Taqnyat portal, you need to have an active account from Taqnyat with an active WhatsApp Business API plan. If you don’t have an active account on taqnyat, you may go to the taqnyat registration form and fill in your information, and one of Taqnyat’s representatives will contact you in no time.
Once you create an account with Taqnyat, login to your account at https://portal.taqnyat.sa , and from the dashboard, you will see on the side menu the “Manage Whatsapp,” here you can manage the template and send and track your campaigns if you wish to use the service on the go.
If you can’t access the sub-Menu, you have no active plan in Whatsapp business API, and to get one, contact your account manager on Taqnyat or fill out the WhatsApp form, and one of the WhatsApp product team will contact you soon.
