Media types in WhatsApp messages

What Media types are supported in the rich content Session Message?
The rich content Session Messages (messages sent within a customer care session) support the following media types:
| Document | PDF, DOC(X), PPT(X), XLS(X), ODT, ODS, ODP, RTF |
| Image | JPG, JPEG, PNG |
| Audio | AAC, M4A, AMR, MP3, OPUS |
| Video | MP4 |
| Sticker | WEBP |
In addition, you can specify the shortened URL or a full URL within the WhatsApp Business Message API call. URLs in Message templates are only clickable for Officially Verified Businesses (an extra level of WhatsApp validation which gives you a green checkmark) or if the subscriber has added the Business API as a contact in their contact list
Note : A business starts with 1,000 business-initiated conversations per phone number when it completes the business verification.
